Whoo! We had a baptism this week! It was amazing to see her make changes in her life to come unto Christ. She didn´t want anyone in her baptism so it was just us and the elders . Her family wasn´t able to make it but I know her Father in Heaven was very happy
with her this day!
with her this day!
Our investigators are progressing! Our ward is coming to realize the importance of unity with us and the ward! We are finding new people to teach and they are accepting
the Gospel in their lives :)
the Gospel in their lives :)
We had a mishap with some food and we weren´t able to leave the apartment one day because someone (who might not have a strong stomach....) was sick. UGH I can't tell you how frustrating it is. I feel like I am robbing the Lord of His time. I was reading in the Liahona for December one or two years back and came across a talk from Elder Nelson
and it talked about gratitude! In our times of difficulties, sickness, loneliness, we should be GRATEFUL! :) I know it's about Thanksgiving there, WOW! And that we should be grateful year round, in times of need and in time of abundance! I had started a book of blessings and miracles in Virginia but I have forgotten about it. I have gone back to read the blessings I had written and wrote new ones!

It's a time to be grateful! :) My family is growing and changing back home. As I thought of Jake this last week, I just had this ridiculous smile on my face :) I am so happy to be serving in Ayacucho! I have never been so hot and then wet in one day in my life but I love it here :)
Sorry it´s so scattered but it´s a scattered kind of day!
Les quiero mucho!
