It´s been a week of learning.
The best way to explain it would be that I feel different.
I can't explain. I am learning about myself more and more and how I am a daughter of God. Needless to say, I have a lot of work to do. Why am I serving a mission? To declare repentance unto the people of Peru. Nada más. It's not about me, it's about them.
Conference was inspiring. I can´t wait to read the talks again. I could say more but I feel we all learned something important that applied to everyone of us. Gratitude, love, listening, finding the faith in Christ, the list could go on what I learned :)
We are praying fervently for investigators to receive the answers they are waiting for. It´s become my highest priority and worry. I am trying to completely consecrate myself in the work of the Lord. President Douglas´s daughter was recently married, but he was here in Peru doing the work of Salvation. I cannot imagine my dad missing my wedding, jamas. But that shows how dedicated my mission president is to the work and an incredible example to me in how I SHOULD be.
Love you all. I am so grateful to be a missionary. But as we learned in Conference, we should all have a Preach My Gospel to be able to study it and be missionaries as well :)
